Parent company of Writer’s Digest files for bankruptcy

The company that owns Writer’s Digest magazine has filed for bankruptcy.

The Digital Reader shared Forbes’s report that F+W Media owes between $100 million and $500 million to an estimated 1,000 to 5,000 creditors, while its assets were estimated at $50 million to $100 million.
